Healthcare Sales - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Advocate, focusing on introducing our innovative program to existing patients within the physician's practice. Your role will involve engaging with patients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of personalized healthcare through effective communication tailored to their individual needs. This is a temporary position, spanning approximately 14 - 16 weeks, designed to support the launch or transition period of a new affiliated physician. As a Patient Advocate, you will operate from the transitioning physician's office, aligning with their scheduled hours. Additionally, you may be required to attend select evening or weekend events during the launch phase. We expect a full commitment to this temporary assignment. In return for your dedication, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, which includes an annual target incentive bonus, employer contributions towards benefits (including $1,500 towards an employee's Health Savings Account annually), and a generous retirement 401(k) company match. Additional compensation opportunities may arise from overtime and special assignment differential pay. Responsibilities: Meet daily with scheduled patients to provide explanations and address inquiries
Assist in patient enrollment and provide regular updates to the physician on progress and sales activity
Act as a liaison between the physician's staff and our corporate office
Participate in all staff training sessions and scheduled patient events
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt communication style to meet individual patient needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to commit to the temporary assignment duration
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
