Job Description - HVAC New Construction/Remodel Sales

We are currently searching for a knowledgeable, results driven New Construction Sales Person to join our amazing team! Position Summary: To present the company to potential New Construction contractors and or customers in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Pay : $36,000 base + commission of 3-5% Annual earning potential $100,000-300,000!

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years successful track record in sales
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC system and duct design
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
  • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
  • Working construction code knowledge
  • In depth understanding of the building process
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Job Duties:

  • Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
  • Meet with home owner and/or builder to discuss client needs, establish company value with client and set time for follow up presentation.
  • Create estimates & proposal using company bidding and sales strategy, always offer customers options and upgrades to enhance their comfort system.
  • Develop & administer the builder upgrade Program
  • Continue to build the company's builder base by contacting at least 3 new builders each week.
  • Back up the Retro fit sales during busy season as needed.
  • Attend home shows and Expos on PPHS behalf.
  • Join and attend local Builder group, represent company in other local clubs or organizations.
  • Develop relationships with high-end custom homebuilders and architects and engineers.
