Our company is seeking a dedicated HVAC Residential Comfort Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with the HVAC Manager to achieve sales KPIs and meet departmental budget and production goals. The successful candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the best services and equipment solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering evaluations and quotes, supporting field technicians, and managing post-sale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Convert sales leads into sold work for the HVAC install department
- Develop multiple installation options to meet the long-term home comfort needs of the client
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Educate the customer on financing options
- Collect client information and maintain accurate interaction notes
- Participate in all required company trainings and meetings
- Travel to customer homes
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC install or service experience
- Knowledge of Service Titan software
