The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) concentrates on generating and qualifying leads for all Beckman Coulter chemistry and immunoassay product segments in the United States and Canada.  The role will work with a variety of Beckman Coulter field representatives (Territory Sales Executive, Product Sales Executive, Distribution Sales Executives, Health System Executives, etc) as well as directly selling to customers (external) directly to support sales territories reach menu expansion performance goals.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for generating and qualifying leads with a focus on existing accounts to assess sales potential
  • Plan and execute sales strategies with field representatives to position all chemistry and immunoassays for base customers
  • Partner with varying levels of sales management and field associates to drive assay sales campaigns and maintain accountability
  • Conduct customer calls in accordance with department performance objectives
  • Qualify and generate target lists for new assay launches on chemistry and immunoassay platforms
  • Field train associates on opportunity approach, tactics, and strategies and internal systems
  • Drive accountability on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database related to Point of Contact (POC) information, sales call activities, funnel development, among other data points
  • Assist department leader with onboarding new Inside Sales associates including, training, mentoring, job shadowing or supervising projects and tasks

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required + 2 years of experience or master’s degree with 0 years of experience.
  • Have a strong competitive spirit and results orientation and relentless customer focus.
  • Ability to sell technically complex products and converse with customers to foster relationships that lead to favorable buying decisions, along with phenomenal perseverance and resilience
  • Strong communication, both written and oral skills required.
  • Solid interpersonal, time management and planning skills.
  • Multifaceted, hardworking individual to implement sales activities. Self-starter with a positive outlook while passionate about quality work that strives to achieve desired metrics.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with leadership and management, as well as cross functionally.
  • 100% Virtual with reliable access to Wi-Fi and phone capability to reach across North America (US & Canada)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 3 years inside or outside sales experience.
  • Clinical experience in Laboratory Diagnostics or related medical device, diagnostic, life sciences, sales or service background preferred.
  • Has strong analytical a bility to work and understand the relationship between multiple business systems like Power BI, Excel, SFDC, etc. Full MS office suite experience with CRM, Power BI system experience preferred.
