Position Overview

Salary : Yearly earnings range from $60,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities
  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Discover and reach out to potential clients via various methods, such as networking, referrals, and leads supplied by the agency.
  • Help clients recognize their insurance requirements and suggest appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance to policyholders.
  • Work alongside seasoned insurance agents to gain knowledge about insurance products and sales strategies.
  • Engage in training and development initiatives to gear up for the chance to become a licensed insurance agent.
Requirements
  • Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Prior experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Capability to establish and sustain relationships with clients.
  • Readiness to obtain the required licenses and certifications to become a Farmers Insurance agent.
  • Dedication to maintaining high ethical and professional norms.
  • A valid driving license and dependable means of transportation.
