Responsibilities

Key Duties

  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Identify prospective clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and leads provided by the agency.
  • Help clients identify their insurance needs and propose suitable coverage options.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders.
  • Work with experienced insurance agents to learn about insurance products and sales techniques.
  • Participate in training and development programs to prepare for becoming a licensed insurance agent.

  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
