Job Summary: Cleo Bay Honda is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for driving sales through online channels, primarily by responding to inquiries, managing leads, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in Killeen, Texas. Compensation & Benefits: The Internet Sales Representative will receive a competitive salary and have the opportunity to earn commission based on sales performance. • Respond to internet inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat
• Utilize company CRM system to track leads and customer interactions
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate features to online customers
• Negotiate and close deals with customers
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with dealership team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues
• Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
