Job Description - Lamborghini Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is expected to assess the requirements of the customer, suggest suitable products and alternative options, and make a good sales pitch, thus ensuring that both the consumer and the proprietor feel satisfied with the result and outcome. Responsibilities
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Explain fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
  • Offer test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure
  • Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Attend product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Individual must possess a valid driver’s license and operate standard and automatic vehicles
  • 3+ years of automotive sales experience
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests
  • Able to handle stress of high customer demand
  • Must be people oriented, demonstrate strong leadership abilities
  • Must be able to attend to people's needs, requests or expressed wishes
  • As employees of THE COLLECTION, we must treat our customers as invited guests, own customer concerns, and provide personal attention
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, drive manual and standard transmissions, and walk throughout the dealership facility which includes the lot, showroom, service department, and office areas for most of the shift
  • Work shift is Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week. Work hours rotate from 9 am to 6 pm and 11 am to 8 pm, averaging 45-55 hours per week
