Lawn Doctor of Chardon Ohio is seeking individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technicians you are customer-facing brand ambassadors. You will treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns.   We specialize in the health of the turf, and we do not perform mowing, edging or clean-up services.  You will have the luxury of performing the easy landscape jobs in the best weather.  

If you have a strong work ethic, self-driven, valid and fairly clean driver’s license, and good attendance record you may be an ideal applicant. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable but we will train the right person. He or she must have:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions (we rarely work in the rain or below freezing)
• Ability to operate machinery
• Lift 50# roughly 30-times a day
• Enthusiastic about earning potential

We offer higher wages than most lawn care companies.  You can earn productivity bonuses and sales commissions.  Company contributing 401K and a flexible and great employer to work for.  Most work is completed in a four-day work week giving you three day weekends.

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
