Job Description - Life Insurance Sales

Our in-house marketing team generates thousands of new client requests each week, exclusively for our advisors, ensuring a steady flow of leads. **Vision:** We're dedicated to transforming the life insurance industry through technology and business systems that provide a seamless experience for clients and empower our advisors with state-of-the-art tools. **Client Acquisition:** Our robust marketing strategy, which includes direct mail and digital content, targets homeowners who are actively seeking life insurance solutions. These leads self-identify through various channels, ensuring that our advisors only engage with motivated clients who have expressed interest in our services. There's no cold calling involved. Our system is designed to be highly effective, with many of our advisors earning over $120,000 in their first year, regardless of their experience level. **Client Fulfillment:** As a client advisor, you'll leverage our innovative CRM system to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our system automatically schedules virtual appointments, allowing you to meet with families from the comfort of your home or anywhere with an internet connection. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. Some of our advisors start part-time and transition to full-time as their careers grow. **Direct-to-Consumer Platform:** We've also created a Direct-to-Consumer platform that allows independent insurance advisors to generate income 24/7. By driving traffic from social media, your personal network, and clients who prefer to buy on their own, you can earn commissions on sales made through your unique link. **Advisor Compensation:** This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position. The average compensation is approximately $1,000 per issued client application. Our full-time advisors typically enroll five or more clients per week, with our top advisors serving 15 to 20 clients weekly. You'll have the opportunity to earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and qualify for all-expenses-paid incentive travel. There's also the potential to earn equity incentives and qualify for an agency contract, which grants you full ownership of your residual income stream. **Expectations:** This remote position offers the freedom and tax benefits of independent contracting, along with the support and coaching of our expert team. You'll be expected to maintain a high level of accountability for your activities and results, attend weekly training sessions, and commit to personal growth and development. Rapid advancement into leadership roles is available for those who demonstrate excellence. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:**- Be accountable for your activity and results.
