The ideal candidate is friendly, has excellent relationship building skills, and is a great communicator and team player who can motivate patients to follow care plans. Must have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. About us:

We seek to restore function and treat musculo-skeletal ailments with an emphasis on alternative treatment methods. We seek to supplement the body’s healing mechanism with several evidence-based options, the latest advancements in regen medicine.
 
Duties:

• Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
• Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
• Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders- explaining and selling treatment plans
• Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork 
• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
• Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
• Follow up calls  to patients
• Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
• Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
• Financials- accept payments for treatment care plans
• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows

Schedule:

• ~30 hrs per week

Salary:

• $30 /hr plus Bonus compensation based on sales
