Your Mission: As a Medicare Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assess the unique needs of each senior client, providing personalized guidance and educational support throughout their Medicare journey. With our cutting-edge proprietary technology, you'll have the ability to search and compare every Medicare plan from every carrier nationwide, ensuring that your recommendations are truly unbiased and tailored to each client's specific requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Engaging with senior clients via phone and email, offering prompt and efficient service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Utilizing our advanced software to identify and analyze Medicare plan options based on the client's providers, prescriptions, and priorities.
- Educating and empowering clients to make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
- Demonstrating strong prioritization skills to determine what's most important for each client.
- Contributing to our mission of transforming the way Americans navigate and experience retirement. Qualifications: - Active life and health insurance license, or a desire to train and become a licensed insurance agent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience (preferred).
- A self-motivated, driven, and independent work ethic, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
