Mobile Sales Representative- Tampa

OneTouch Direct is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual for the position of Metro T-Mobile Sales Representative 5/2024. As a part of our team, you will represent the renowned brand, T-Mobile, and provide exceptional customer service to Metro by T-Mobile customers.

As a Metro T-Mobile Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their Metro by T-Mobile service
• Providing troubleshooting assistance and resolving customer issues
• Processing customer payments and inquiries
• Offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer accounts
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving their concerns

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills
• Positive attitude and ability to empathize with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent

SHIFT:
Training: Sunday – Thursday 12 – 9 PM

Nesting: Sunday – Thursday 12 – 9 PM

Production: Sunday – Thursday 12 – 9 PM
