Duties and Responsibilities: Greet customers and identify the Motorcycle that meets their needs
Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience Qualifications and Requirements: Must be self-motivated
Must have basic math skills
Great customer services skills
Know how to connect with customers and offer them the best experience possible
Must have knowledge of basic social media skills (Facebook and Instagram) to promote yourself and reach out to customers in other ways
Must know how to use basic computer
Must be willing to work weekends and some evenings
Must be willing to learn to ride if you don’t already have a motorcycle endorsement
Must commit yourself and participate in all aspects of our brand. For example: riding to bike nights or charity rides (not for pay) Benefits: 401K Retirement with employer match
