Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Night Auditor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing all night audit functions including balancing spreadsheets. You will also serve as the Front Office Clerk during their shift, assisting guests as needed.

Southland Casino Racing, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 slot machines, live blackjack, craps and roulette tables, live greyhound racing and simulcast wagering. Southland is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, only a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee.

• Run night audit function, reconcile credit card payments, input sales from other systems and manual sales sheets.
• Understand guest folio, explanation of billing and how to make any needed corrections.
• Review pending advance deposits and charges.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently.
• Quote room rates and room package information.
• Post charges for in-house accounts.
• Read group resumes and know daily activities of group.
• Complete shift closing, drop cash and check payments.
• Secure bankat all timesand follow proper cash handling policies.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Microsoft Excel experience is a big plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
