Parts Counter Sales

Parts Counter sales is knowledgeable about automotive and diesel truck parts and accessories, and can accurately assist technicians and customers with their requests. He or she locates parts within the current inventory using Snap-on Parts catalogs and Reynolds and Reynolds DMS or from other sources ( such as the internet, vendors other dealerships, etc..). The ideal candidate would be working with our service department at the parts counter in a fast pace environment and able to answer phone calls. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality along with strong customer service and organizational skills. Strong phone and computer skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills would be a must. There will be a need to learn the payable side of the parts business to be able to submit invoices for payment and post invoices into our system. Must also be willing to assist in the daily packing and labeling of outgoing packages to our wholesale accounts via UPS/Fed-ex. The work hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday including 1 Saturday per month 7:00am - 3:00pm. In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees Health, Dental, Vision.
