Pest Technician Supervisor

Are you a natural-born leader? Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Technician Supervisor to join our team. As a Pest Technician Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills to ensure our customers receive top-notch service. The typical schedule is 40+ hours/week.

This position offers competitive pay of $45,000 - $55,000+ and great benefits:

YOUR DAY

As a Pest Technician Supervisor, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Your multitasking and organizational skills are paramount as you oversee technicians' appointment scheduling and service tickets. Daily check-ins with your team involve verifying their readiness with vehicles, uniforms, products, equipment, and paperwork. Your conflict resolution and communication skills help to keep both team members and customers happy.

You provide invaluable coaching, training, and support, not hesitating to get your hands dirty and spend ample time in the field assisting your team and providing coverage. Together with the Branch Manager, you work towards achieving monthly performance goals, driving success and excellence in pest management services!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record
• Industry experience (preferred)
