Regional Sales Lead

Midwest (NE, MN, SD, ND, WI)

Direct Hire

*Position requires 60-80% travel (Midwest & East Coast)

*Fully remote when not traveling (must be based out of NE, MN, SD, ND, or WI)

*$50k salary plus guaranteed commission (total comp in six figure range)

Kelly is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to work with our client, a global machinery manufacturing organization, on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the sales activity for one of the most successful regions of this innovative market-leading company!

The Regional Sales Lead will:

  • Be responsible for the machine sales in the designated region (NE, MN, SD, ND, WI)

  • MotivateSales Representatives to reach their sales goals

  • Visit customers to generate new business

  • Create, monitor, and compile sales pipeline

  • Attend trade shows and other industry related events

  • Prepare and negotiate proposals to finalize sales

  • Build positive relationship with new and existing customers

  • Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

  • Stay up to date on latest technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the machine tool industry

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel

  • Proficient in sales techniques and related computer systems
