Title: Regional Sales Manager - Food & Beverage (WEST COAST REMOTE)
Location: West Coast - REMOTE
Salary: $90-175,000/Year + Benefits (Listed Below)
Requirements: 5+ years in a Sales role, specifically in the Food and Beverage space or extremely relatable industry. This candidate must have agent sales leadership and ability to work with CRM, customer business planning and all sales practices. Extremely strong leadership, organization required.
The ideal candidate has led and managed, at a first or second-line level of leadership, sales teams in food, beverage, and ingredients industries.

What You Will Be Doing
- Long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer engagement strategies are aligned with our, values, and culture, and that they result in team development and revenue growth.
- Identify, refine, and leverage accounts best practices to create of account management.
- Define, lead, and manage an optimal sale force.
- Recruit, manage, and coach sales professionals to deliver profitable growth.
- Create a culture of winning, collaboration, and ongoing business goal achievement.
- Effectively and collaboratively work across our functions to optimize accounts revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver accurate and timely quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
What You Need for this Position
- Strong change agent sales leadership experience at the first or second-line level.
- Food, Beverage, and Ingredients industry strategic accounts experience.
- Working knowledge of strategic customer base, distribution models and current competitive market preferred.
- Deep knowledge of strategic account selection & segmentation practices, customer profile development, customer penetration strategies, strategic customer business planning, sales best practices,
- Experienced in CRM adoption and usage, pipeline development and progression, and business planning/forecast acumen.
- Experienced in building a highly engaged, collaborative team that places high value on growth and customer satisfaction.
- Recruiting, selecting, managing, coaching, and developing high-potential sales professionals.
- Managing under-performing sales professionals to improve performance or manage them out of the business.
- High level of intellectual curiosity. You see opportunity and growth in learning and incorporating new methodologies, strategies, and tools for improved effectiveness.
- Known for being a team player and thrive working collaboratively and cross-functionally to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
