Position Overview


The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to grow the business in the US by successfully selling Proximie solutions to new hospitals and enterprises and penetrating the existing accounts.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to deliver on ambitious targets and empower the team to take initiative to partner directly with clients to exceed growth across markets and verticals. This is an exciting role which will require a passion for making change in healthcare and the way clinical information is shared.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to build a strong healthy pipeline of sales opportunities across hospitals and enterprises, whilst also carrying some direct sales responsibilities.
  • Execute upon joint opportunities with channel partners and increase their adoption.
  • Drive consistent and sustained sales growth across the team.
  • Lead in strategic account planning, developing Hospital profiles and forecasting.
  • Understand and effectively deliver Proximie's value proposition, leading by example through demonstrated sales strategy and ultimately ensure deals are closed, supporting the team where required.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors and partners. Build and foster partner relationships to build a pipeline and execute on opportunities.
  • Effectively collaborate with Service Delivery and Implementation teams where required to ensure best-in-class customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of sales or client management experience with at least 3 years of experience leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Successful enterprise sales experience with a proven history of individual and team quota attainment.
  • Exceptional understanding of the US Health Systems.
  • Knowledge of IT, carriers, and managed service providers.
  • Experience in using salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • A strong background and understanding of existing, new and emerging technology used in healthcare.
  • Experience with account planning, forecasting, and managing sales pipelining.
  • Superior customer service skills with outstanding business acumen and proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships that cultivate business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation skills and comfortable navigating C-level interactions and engaging with all stakeholders to propose and progress value-based offerings.
  • Proven to be proactive in understanding customer needs, priorities, and challenges in the surgical treatment areas.
