Job Description - Account Director - Travel and Hospitality

Title: Account Director - Travel and Hospitality (Outside Sales) Location: Remote - USA Reports to: Sr. Managing Director of Travel, Hospitality, Retail and Customer Service We are a global leader in consumer insights, advisory services, and data analytics. Businesses across major industries rely on us to guide their customer-facing strategies. The Role: We are currently seeking an Account Director for the Travel and Hospitality Practice. This role involves business development and account management responsibilities for the Travel and Hospitality Practice, focusing on key strategic accounts primarily in North America. Responsibilities include generating new sales and developing a robust pipeline for short and long-term growth in the Travel and Hospitality business. The Impact You Will Have in This Role: You will play a vital role in expanding the use and impact of customer experience products and services within the Travel and Hospitality industry, positioning the company as a strategic partner in the voice of the customer space. What You'll Be Doing in This Role: Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets through syndicated, proprietary, and consultative services.
Generating revenue by selling and servicing strategic accounts in the Travel and Hospitality industry.
Building and maintaining senior-level relationships, including C-Level contacts.
Maintaining deep knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Mapping company products and services to client needs for revenue growth.
Collaborating with internal teams to maintain successful client relationships.
Managing a robust opportunity pipeline and contributing to revenue-generating opportunities. Qualifications of this Role: 6-10+ years in consultative selling with a proven track record of business development.
Experience in sales and market research, preferably within the TMT field.
Bachelor's Degree.
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
Comfort with traveling and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
