Collaborating closely with dealership personnel, you'll pinpoint areas for improvement and leverage our established consulting programs and your industry expertise to implement effective solutions. Your role extends beyond project completion as you'll maintain ongoing support to nurture client relationships and provide solutions as needed. By empowering dealerships to excel in various areas, you'll not only drive sales but also foster trust and loyalty among our clientele. Requirements: - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Access to stable home internet for video conferencing - 3+ years of automotive dealership experience, encompassing various roles such as sales, service, parts, or management - Previous dealership management experience is advantageous - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays (up to 5 nights per week) Training: Our comprehensive training program includes hands-on experience with seasoned consulting and sales professionals in the field, online courses, and classroom instruction. During the initial 90-day period, you'll receive a competitive base salary of $55,000. Following training, you'll be eligible for quarterly bonuses, with a total targeted income exceeding $75,000.
