Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic business development initiatives. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch products or services to potential clients. 6. Monitor and track industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. 7. Utilize strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence to navigate complex business relationships.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record in business development or sales role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Driven and dedicated to achieving sales targets and business objectives. 7. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
