Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. In this remote role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through communication and engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients showcasing our products and services.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue
  
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Strong passion and drive to succeed, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Prior experience in customer service, management or sales is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in using various computer softwares such as WIndows, Zoom, MS Office, etc
