Hospitality Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Pay Frequency:

*Bi weekly or Twice a month

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Arrange Travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more

*Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans

*Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips

*Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons

*Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme

park tickets

*Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

Requirements:

● Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.

● Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a

plus)

● Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required

● Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required

● Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
