Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to become an integral part of our sales process. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in real estate, exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires comfort with phone and computer-based work. Key Responsibilities: - CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system for targeted follow-ups and sales tracking, utilizing emails, texts, and video messages.


- Warm Calling: Engage potential clients through informative and supportive communication based on their interests or referrals.


- Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule appointments for our agents with qualified leads to maximize conversion rates.


- Personalized Communication: Craft messages tailored to client needs using email, text, and video messaging to nurture relationships.


- Google Calendar Management: Organize agent calendars to ensure accurate scheduling without double-bookings.


- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends and industry practices to provide valuable information to leads.


- Collaboration: Work closely with sales agents and other ISAs to ensure seamless lead handover and aligned strategies. Qualifications: - Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


- Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite preferred.


- Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn.
