Position: Outreach Coordinator Are you a natural communicator with a drive to make a positive impact? We're seeking a charismatic and persistent Outreach Coordinator to help us raise awareness and interest among teachers for our in-person climate education programs. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in engaging educators and facilitating the involvement of young minds in the fight against climate change. Responsibilities: Reach out to teachers in key regions, including FL, WI, OH, PA, and NC, via phone calls and emails.
Ensure prompt follow-up on responses and maintain availability during school hours to maximize engagement.
Conduct research to identify additional outreach strategies and document findings.
Collaborate with team members using project management tools like Monday.com and communicate effectively via Slack.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or phone outreach.
Access to a personal computer with reliable internet connection.
Comfortable working remotely and independently on projects.
Strong attention to detail, with proven organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Position Details: Schedule: Flexible, 10 hours per week.
Hourly Pay: $25 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives.
Location: Remote; Preference for candidates based in Cleveland, OH.
Temporary, Non-Exempt Position, Subject to Funding Availability.
