We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling commercial pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and a proven track record in sales. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial PEMB market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored building solutions.
* Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
* Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts to close sales.
* Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the company's CRM system.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
* Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events as needed.
