Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration Controls – Base Salary to 130k/year – Milwaukee, WI

• Our client, a well-established yet still growing and evolving HVAC Refrigeration Controls company is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager based out of their western Milwaukee, WI location to cover their Midwestern states territory. This can be a remote/ hybrid position and requires either a focus on Refrigeration or HVAC .
• Our client is known for offering high efficiency/ high tech control solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling for commercial and industrial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, quotes and proposals based on customer needs and specifications
• Work collaboratively with the client and internal teams for right fit solutions
• Generate market attention/ promotions for company products/ services
• Organize and attend targeted industry events
• Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, contractors and partners in the market
• Research market information of assigned territory
• Develop relationship networks to identify key areas of growth and expansion
• Travel as needed within the regional states territory 50%

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the HVAC and/or Refrigeration industry
• Technical degree/ certificate preferred
• Strong technical skills & understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC and/or Refrigeration applications
• Good understanding of electronic controls and monitoring systems

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k – 130k/year range
