Overview:

As a remote Pyramid Global Reservation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and booking reservations for guests interested in staying at one of our luxury resorts or hotels.
You will assist our guests by connecting with them to understand their needs and empowering them with detailed hotel and area information. This is a sales focused, self motivated position.
You will work in a fun, team-first environment where you will be expected to make positive contributions in a variety of ways.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hotel and Sales experience required
  • Computer and typing skills with knowledge of navigating the internet
  • Proficiency in using software programs
  • Ability to adapt to new technological advancements. Tech-savvy skill
  • Access to internet and back up hot spot at home required
  • Excellent oral communication skills a must
  • Aggressive, outgoing and self-motivating individual with pleasant personality
  • Ability to effectively interact with guests, management staff and other employees in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of the GDS, Extranets and Microsoft preferred
  • Work a flex schedule to reflect business needs
  • Some holiday and weekend hours required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $14.00/Hr. - $14.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
