Sales Healthcare Trainer/Educator

Overview: Join our team as a Sales Trainer and become an integral part of our mission to empower healthcare professionals through education. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about training and supporting sales teams in the healthcare sector. Duties: Responsibilities: Guide and support healthcare providers in navigating our internal technology platforms through comprehensive onboarding and training sessions.
Develop engaging and informative training materials tailored to different learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product updates and industry best practices.
Address technical issues encountered by healthcare providers during training sessions and work closely with IT teams to find solutions and potential system integrations.
Demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting healthcare providers with varying technical backgrounds.
Stay abreast of system changes and updates to ensure training materials remain relevant and effective.
Experience: Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong technical proficiency with learning and teaching systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Experience in instructional design and development.
Familiarity with sales training or related fields is advantageous.
Knowledge of Anatomy, Acute Care, and Laboratory procedures is a plus.
Strong research skills to stay current with advancements in the healthcare industry.
