Our company, a global leader in simulation software, is seeking a Sales & Order Operations Specialist I to play a vital role in our mission. As an integral member of our team, you will manage end-to-end processes for renewal and new sales, collaborate with account managers to support sales objectives, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Participate in our comprehensive New Employee Onboarding program, engaging in various training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of company procedures and policies. Coordinate with the Sales Team and customers to prepare quotation proposals, legal forms, and licensing requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Partner with assigned Account Managers to process and expedite sales orders, serving as a liaison for customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution. Administer all renewal opportunities within the CRM, including revenue reconciliation activities and maintaining an accurate renewal forecast. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to facilitate the submission and processing of revenue, leveraging historical data to support sales efforts. Conduct audits of work to ensure compliance with established procedures and accuracy in documentation. Provide administrative support for account administration activities, including completion of necessary forms and documentation. Assist in CRM data maintenance and administration, updating records and ensuring accuracy of information. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 18 months of experience in sales operations, customer service, or similar corporate environment. Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of CRM systems and quotation preparation.
