**Must be able to work in a Commission based Only Position**

Responsibilities

• Conquer designated territory through prospecting and building client relationships.

• Collaborate with senior partners to master prospecting, managing, and negotiating transactions.

• Own your book of business in this commission-only role.

• Prospect and cultivate leads to build a robust client base.

• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and investment strategies.

• Prepare and present comprehensive property presentations, proposals, and financial analyses.

Qualifications

• College degree required.

• Experience: 2 years in sales (Required)

• Completion of post-high school education/training (licensing, sales training, corporate training) a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to thrive independently and within a team.

• Capacity to excel under pressure and take accountability.

• Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.

• Routine-driven lifestyle: disciplined and motivated

• Must have the "CRUSH IT" mindset

• License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred)
