Parman Tractor & Equipment is looking for a new Rental Sales Rep to join their team! The role of the Rental Sales Rep is to generate and maintain relationships with large volume rental customers, achieve rental revenue, expense control, profitability objectives, as well as any other duties assigned by management. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with large volume rental customers
• Establish customer rates for various equipment types through market analysis
• Develop and use a systematic approach to rental sales calls utilizing the Marketing Dept., mailers, and personal customer visits
• Utilize CRM, with updates on customer leads/relations

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of related experience in the heavy equipment industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• College degree preferred, but not required
• Possess the ability to obtain customer specifications, details, and preferences in generating sales
• Be able to develop a good and positive relationship with the customers externally and internally
• Demonstrate honest and ethical business practices
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
• Time management and highly organized skills are necessary
• Clean MVR
