We are investing for growth and seek to hire a Residential In-home Sales Professional .

Must have a great "can do" attitude with a high level of integrity, honesty, and genuine caring for our customers are key attributes required of our team members. Our office/field teams generate large, consistent lead volumes and manage appointment scheduling. This job is NOT cold calling.

Pay Scale: Expect over $100k of annual income with unlimited upside! Paid training + commission + benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of consultative sales or equivalent customer service experience
• Prior HVAC experience NOT required
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Ability to use company-furnished technology products
• Honest, friendly, and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Drug screen and background check

• 5+ years' experience in retail sales
