They recently experienced their lead sales manager retiring and need a new roof sales manager to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Residential Roof Sales Manager Duties

* Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.

*Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman

*Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.

*Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.

*Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.

*Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

Residential Roof Sale Manager Experience Required

* 2 years of roofing sales Management experience

* 2 years of outside sales experience

* Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques

*Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions

* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

Benefits/Compensation for a Residential Roofing Sales Manager

* Base salary between $60k-$80k aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $120k
