Responsibilities: Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with prospects to facilitate sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Integrity and Values: Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate integrity in all interactions, ensuring the best interests of our clients are always prioritized.
Progress Tracking: Utilize CRM systems to record prospect interactions and monitor progress towards sales goals.
Continuous Learning: Participate in daily conference calls and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: No prior sales experience necessary; a genuine willingness to learn and grow is essential.
High School Diploma or equivalent, along with the ability to obtain state licensing and fingerprints.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
Proven ability to exceed acquisition targets and meet customer needs effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
