Sales Assistant

Seeking a Sales Assistant/ Customer Service professional to join a local organization. This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking a well-established organization. Flexible schedule and the ability to support and work with a team driven organization.
Some of the duties include the following but not limited to:
-Assist with processing sales orders from customers, sales team, and staff
-Work with distributors over the phone, email while providing timely follow up
-Provide customers with delivery details, regarding any delays and updates on inventory
-Assist with tracing shipments as needed
-Maintain records and files with accurate customer information, order logs
-Work with internal departments to coordinate and resolve any customer issues while being a liaison between customers, production, engineering, and shipping
-Assist with customer issues and or complaints while being able to provide solutions and great follow up
-Attend team meetings and or client visits as needed
-Assist with generating reports, product demands, customer trends and backlog Skills:
-3+ years of experience in a similar role sales support/ customer service
-Degree is a plus but not required
-Bilingual in Mandarin will be key in the success for the role
-Ability to work in a team and independent setting
-Great attention to detail
