Healing Therapy Spa in Whittier, CA is looking for a friendly front desk salesperson to assist customers in our spa. The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them book services and ringing up purchases. To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance/upgrading services.
• Advises customers by providing information on products/services.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Maintains scheduling commitments

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal/communication skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Basic mathematic skills.
• Prior experience in sales retail.
