Support customers by helping with benefits administration and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process.
Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues.
Collaborate closely with our sales team to meet and surpass sales targets and goals.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Regularly update your knowledge of our products, services, and the latest industry trends.
Ensure clear and professional communication with customers, team members, and management. Who You Are: Energetic and motivated—no prior experience necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
A plus if you have familiarity with insurance products and sales techniques.
Strong communication skills, capable of both effective verbal and written exchanges.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills with the aptitude to prioritize effectively.
Capable of working both independently and as an integral part of our team. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $250,000 per year.
This role is commission-based.
