We are looking for someone who thrives on making quality calls and engaging prospects through various channels, nurturing them into leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Outreach: Conduct B2B cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads, aiming for 80-100 quality calls per week.
  • Strategic Adjustment: Continuously refine and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address any questions or concerns.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using various avenues and our CRM system.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to document and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to plan client visits and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Quality Commitment: Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow stated policies and procedures.
  • Skill Development: Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a positive approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
