Wages: Hourly ($19.20) + Performance-based bonuses & Tips. Potential to earn $30-$33+ per hour, all in rate including bonuses & Tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving: Safely operate Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks after in-house training.
• Junk Diversion: Identify donatable items, recyclables, and items of value for diversion from landfills.
• Marketing: Act as a brand advocate through various marketing efforts, from guerrilla marketing to mobile marketing in our trucks.
• Safety: Commit to safe and professional navigation, driving, and loading/unloading of customers' belongings.
• Sales: Conduct in-depth assessments and clearly communicate service benefits
• Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Load and unload items with and without dollies.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle or reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Start time availability between 12 pm-4 pm, including weekends, holidays, and weekdays (at least 4-5 days a week).
• Ability to work full days (6-9 hours on average).
• Customer-friendly and confident
• Drug-free – we are a drug-free workplace.
• Working cell phone with the ability to download multiple apps
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
