Location: Onalaska, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position: New!

Wage: $22.00 per hour

Purpose & Summary:Dynamic provides end-of-life electronics recycling and commodity recovery to protect our planet by keeping technology out of landfills. We are seeking energetic and driven, problem solvers interested in establishing a successful career in sustainable sales by actively participating in our sales training program as a Sales Executive Trainee. This comprehensive 6-month rotational training program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and cultivate sales expertise within the circular economy and electronics recycling industry. Upon successful completion, the Sales Executive Trainee will be equipped with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to jumpstart a rewarding sales career at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fully engage in structured rotations across the organization to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the different stages of the sales process. Knowledge and abilities will be evaluated after each rotation.
  • Actively seek learning opportunities and incorporate feedback to improve performance.
  • Customer interaction and relationship building
  • Product and Industry knowledge development
  • Sales Support and documentation

Education & Experience: Up to 6 months experience within sales, customer service, inside/outside sales or business development and an associate's or bachelor's degree in a business field. Additional relevant experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
