Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Train, motivate, and retain a successful sales team • Deliver on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction • Collaborate with other departments and build great teams • Facilitate deals throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a high-volume Sales Manager at a dealership • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top-performing sales team • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
