Sales Support Great opportunity to join the team of a manufacturing company in Charlotte! The Sales Support role will be answering emails and calls, assisting with orders, paperwork, and quoting. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of related experience, great communication skills and be a team player. Room for growth is available! Responsibilities include:
-Interacting with customers over email and some phone work. No outbound calls.
-Taking orders and handling paperwork for repairs. Heavy data entry.
-Build relationships with vendors.
