Atlassian has an exciting opening for a fully remote, full-time Recruiter to join our Sales Talent Acquisition team! The team is comprised of junior, senior and principal full lifecycle recruiters. You will be brought in to continue to build out our experienced Strategic and Enterprise Sales organization as we continue to evolve. You will focus on our most senior individual contributor openings and have the opportunity to flex into leadership hiring. This will be a key focus area of the business in FY25. In this position, you will report into the Recruiting Manager, Sales & Marketing Recruiting for the Americas.

  • Full recruitment life cycle supporting senior sales openings. This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity and providing a positive candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with the Sales business being a true consultative partner. Identifying opportunity areas and driving change management through data and innovation.

  • Be a subject matter expert in their domain and being a go to and mentor for other members of the team.

  • Focus on market mapping, sourcing from URGs and long-term engagement with silver medalist candidates.

  • You have 5+ years experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle.

  • You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates.

  • You have experience driving diversity, equity and inclusion strategies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • You have experience closely partnering with the business you support.

  • Bring a consultative approach, the ability to enhance quality of funnel and process through data, market insights, and creative ideas.

  • Experience in tech sales recruiting preferred.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $122,400 - $163,100

Zone B: $110,100 - $146,800

Zone C: $101,600 - $135,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
