Responsibilities:

 

Provide Outstanding Customer Care and ensure that every employee feels valued and understood.

 

Understand all the benefits of regular massage, skin care, and stretch.

 

Establish relationships with employees and guests to grow and retain a client base. This includes leading and coaching a team that can connect clients with service enhancements that truly offer them a customized experience and providing service providers with additional tools to allow them to make the most out of the time in service to help clients feel their best. Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.

 

Working closely with the Front Desk team to create, meet, and exceed goals as established by the Clinic Manager by executing a full circle sales process rooted in solving our clients concerns while emphasizing and enforce objectives of the clinic with sales team and assumes responsibility for developing sales skills. It is vital to create and maintain an open-door environment where all parts of the business can come to you with questions or concerns and know they will be addressed or handled with respect and tact.

 

Hiring, training, and assessing the current team and business needs, outlining action steps for continuous growth and managing schedule(s) then maintaining a visible leadership presence to ensure performance, operational compliance and cultural standards are upheld.

 

Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment while knowing and adhering to company and franchisor policies, procedures, processes, code of conduct and the highest standards of personal behavior and living our values of Authenticity, Integrity and Excellence

What it Takes to Succeed

Qualified Candidates:

Have a high school diploma (or equivalent), previous management or sales experience required, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required.

 

Excellent communicator both written and verbal, ability to coach effectively with empathy, critical thinker/problem solver with computer skills, and the ability to multitask. Must be goal-oriented and a team motivator.

 

Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with employees. Must be able to have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner.

 

Are supporters of total body care with knowledge of massage and skin care services. Can create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
