About the Role: As a vital member of our team, you will: Spearhead our new Build Back Better Initiative as a payroll/compliance onboarding expert. Nurture and expand our current client base by introducing additional services and enhancing client satisfaction. Actively participate in networking groups, setting up one-on-one meetings with potential referral partners and clients to drive business growth. Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to gather essential information for underwriting, onboarding, and more. Engage in our structured 12-week planning and review cycles, including weekly staff accountability and sales strategy meetings, ensuring alignment and progress towards our goals. Who We Are Looking For: We're in search of an individual who embodies: Self-motivation and a proactive attitude. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in both Spanish and English (preferred). Experience in payroll processing and B2B sales (preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and detail-oriented skills.
