Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on Amazon.com, across our other owned and operated sites, on other high quality sites across the web, and on millions of Fire TVs, tablets, and devices. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive who possesses exceptional leadership skills and a self-starter mentality. As a key member of the Consumer Services sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building a portfolio of solutions and acting as a strategic partner to ensure your customers goals are met. You have a team player attitude with an appetite to learn, build and scale. With a proven track record in sales, the ideal candidate will have the ability to earn trust quickly, and the motivation to take initiative in a fast-paced and competitive market.

As a Senior Account Executive in the Consumer Services vertical, you will use your 7+ years’ experience in story-telling to sell digital advertising solutions to the Fortune 500 C-Level and their ad agencies to unlock net new revenue streams. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the digital world, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, inclusive of programmatic, Streaming TV, brand building, and display - you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. Key job responsibilities
• Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
• Drive deals to closure in a new business environment.
• Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
• Understand Amazon's display advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers.
• Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation
- Experience identifying and aggregating trends, past performance metrics, and insights into effective narratives, with recommendations, to external senior leaders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building new customer relationships
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
