Position: Senior Solution Consultant - Strategic Accounts About the Role:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Enterprise Software Solution Consultant with direct experience on the ServiceNow platform to support business opportunities and manage customer relationships by integrating enterprise video with ServiceNow. As a member of our technical sales team, you will play a crucial role in our future success by supporting various ServiceNow solution areas where video experiences have an impact, including Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Your responsibilities will involve preserving and expanding our customer base within the ServiceNow ecosystem while serving as a trusted advisor to our partners to identify immediate and long-term business needs and articulate the powerful value proposition of our company. Location: Remote/United States Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical consultant supporting partner opportunities and managing and closing business within our technology partner, ServiceNow.
Support video-enabled solution sales as the ServiceNow technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
Lead complex technical sales cycles, collaborating with additional resources such as partners, account teams, inside sales, and the sales engineering team.
Conduct discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value.
Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.
Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Assist in developing and articulating the value of video in the ServiceNow context to ServiceNow account teams, partners, and customers. Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of Enterprise Software technical sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions to customer accounts with 5000+ employees.
Minimum 5 years of experience selling into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Continual development of a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its products for IT, HR, customer service, and industry solutions.
Understanding of the competitive landscape, enterprise video experience, industry trends, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions within prospective accounts.
Ability and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various products.
Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision-makers.
Good working knowledge of the Partner ecosystem and experience establishing and fostering strong Partner relationships.
Strong consultative technical sales and closing skills.
Ability to partner with value-add integrators/resellers.
Enterprise video experience is desirable but not required. A Bit About Us:
